my mind is kind of in a fog lately. I've had strep, which is something I catch easily and have had it at least once a year since high school. usually i give into the tiredness and take a few days off but something got in my butt and i decided that I was Superwoman and went back to work after only being off for one day....

Not a good idea

And my body is telling me....not a good idea

I hate it when I want to do things, be about, enjoy life but my body....just doesnt have the same plans...urgh
