my boys love the song California Girls by Katy Perry...I'm begining to think every generation has a California song....my generation had I'm Going Back to Cali by LL Cool J...sorta the same thing, isnt it

my youngest now has strep. On Sunday, he has a headache that wouldnt go away and when he started to sound like he was talking through his ear, I thought oh oh...Monday morning I called our doctor and she called in a prescription for him. when I went to pick it up, the clerk said '$2.12.'....ummm no...that should be $8. She looked at me, blinked and said '$2.12'. i chuckled and asked if she was sure. She looked at me, blinked, looked at the bag and said '$2.12!....this time with a huge grin. I wanted to snatch her and plead with her to use complete sentences but i digress...Long story short...once I got home and gave him his medicine i found out they only gave us 2 pills with 9 refills to go instead of 20 pills with no refills. ummmm no...i am not coming in every day to get a refill... Called them back, talked in circles to someone who then informed me she couldnt make a decision, waited for the pharmacist to call and I informed her that I wasnt coming back in..that Iwould be in the next day. so when i went in, the prescription was free based on 'my trouble'. does that mean i was trouble or that they caused me trouble???

my cousin asked me to come to his wife's birthday party and take pictures...she's already hired a photographer but he wants me to come and 'catch the good stuff'...gotta love men....

and...in a last ditch effort to get my photo mojo going again...I'm doing this with Susannah Conway...Folks, words just arent coming for me lately and well, neither is taking pictures but maybe if I take the pressure off of having to come up with the words, maybe it will come easier... we can only hope...
