My camera has bit the dust and Lord...what a time I am having without it.

I know we have a generation of people who believe that a cell phone is the only way you take photographs. I know there are some people who believe that a cell phone does the job just as well as a camera. I...am not one of those people.

Do NOT get me wrong. I do use my cell for taking pictures on the whim. Since losing My Beloved, I have downloaded instgam and picsart to my phone and I think the apps are really cute for the whole Polaroid feel.

But I need to feel the heaviness of a camera in my hands.

And forgive me but I SO am thinking of going ahead and having this one fixed. Much to the chagrin of the camera techie's here who believe in 'just use that money you'd spend to fix that old thing to upgrade to another camera'...I really want to keep it. I do need another one. I know that but this one...this one is special. I dont know why.

Is that crazy or what?
