I'm going through a nurturing phase. With one son with one foot out the door...the Empty Nest Syndrome is ringing its bell....

so...with that...I've taken to trying my hand at growing plants from seeds. AGAIN. I say again because I have never been able to grow plants from seeds. I either give up. Over water. Under water. Forget I'm even doing the project.









but not this time. I.AM.DETERMINED.



I've got these sitting up high right in front of a window. They are in the garage, which gets heat and cool air. I leave the blinds open during the day. And I watch them carefully.



Now these little ball-thingyies are morning glories but I've got lavender and chives in other terracotta shells. The chives....are doing great but I cant help but think they are grass. The lavender doesnt seem to be growing at all so I'm researching what could be the problem.



but i wont give up.
