I've been doing a lot of cooking lately....looking up recipes...saving recipes....




dont really know why.....you would think I would have done that during the winter months being cooped in and all...but no...I go against the norm which is my norm......



this is one of 'Koy's favorite meals...its Garlic Shrimp Pasta with baby Spinanch....unfortunately the recipe calls for pine nuts and wouldnt you know...i have not 'nar a pine nut in my house...cashews work just as well... LOL




ummmm I do not have a end picture since plates were devoured pretty quickly but basically I use this to top angel hair pasta...pour TONS of parmesan cheese on top and voolahhhhhhhhhh....its done. And gone...happy weeked folks!
