Ya know...more and more I'm getting the idea that I am onto something with this whole !LIVE! 'word'. It seems like everything is coming at me about slowing down, enjoying life more, taking the time to enjoy what time we do have on this earth...I couldnt agree more....but I am sleeping so much! I mean really.....Do you turn 39 and all of a sudden sleep is now the new hobby?

Slowing down is also a part of living. And take the sleep time. There will be times when you won't have it!
I can't say with any truth that turning 39 means sleeping more, but I think you are on the right track that "living" and being in the moment, slows you down, allows you more time to savour to enjoy and to rest! :)
