any who...  I took this picture yesterday and I kept coming back to it.

i look tired.

i look unhealthy.

i look...not really sad.... but

not really happy either.

This is NOT in any shape or form a 'woe is me  and I'm depressed'.  This is 'woe is me and I need to make some changes.'
