Around Here....

TRYING to get things situated with finances this year to do some traveling next year....there's a whole world out there just calling my name and i want to see it...there are bloggers out there I want to meet up with and take pictures of the SAME THING together.

LAUGHING....  at least inwardly...at the guy trying to sell me siding, as he stands  ALLLLL the way down my walk way becase, Miyagi, my 170 pound Rottwieler is standing by my side in my door way and he's refusing to leave my side

GIGGLING with excitement that my son is now a registered voter....

 

SCARED  that my son is now old enough to be a registered voter...

LISTENING  to Bruce Springsteen's, Secret Garden, but with the voice over's from the movie Jerry Mcquire...I love this version of that song...

 



LOVING the fall weather...rain and all.  I've always loved fall and spring.  Just never can figure out which one I love more.  I love the rebirth of all things in the spring but also love the feeling of things getting set to lay dormant for months in order to have that rebirth

SAD that this year is almost over...by the end of the year my sons' father will be moving two states away and that makes them incredibly sad which makes me sad...we are divorced but when you  have kids together, it is kind of hard to strip them totally out of your life.  at least for me it is.

NERVOUS about this whole photography thing...I've been asked to do senior portraits and I constantly question 'Is this REALLY what you want to do???'  I mean I love taking pictures.  I love taking those pictures because I want I relaxed and at ease.  Knowing there is a time constraint or a fee involved...worries me.

HAPPY that my scalp has calmed down a lot mainly because I've been on a steroid for my gums.


GAINING so much freakin' weight because along with the cold weather I want TONS of comfort food like pancakes, warm cookies from the oven, chilli's, soups, stews...ohhhhhhhhh  I just made myself hungry.

EXCITED by proxy because my parents will be taking their FIRST airplane flight in January to Florida....  *sigh*  they grow up so fast....


PEACE....knowing that life wasnt promised to be easy...just that I would have the peace to live it...

AFFAIR...totally cheating on Flickr with Instagram....I can not leave that damn thing alone!!!
