If you've been with me for ANY length of time, you know I love quiet, solitude and being outdoors...especially in the woods or out on a trail.

this trail...is very dense.  and really I guess I should be nervous about walking in it

but I'm not.  On this trail...I come across people all the time.  Women.  Men.  Couples.  Families.  We all speak and go on our merry little way.

I say a prayer for God to look out for me on my walk...that I wont end up on the show 48 Hours...

but when I enter I feel SO much peace.  I feel like I can breathe again.  That this was all designed for with my absolute peace in mind.

I know that isnt true but hey...it feels like it.
